Chapter 5 Excerpt 5.4, “I am leaving you” of “Crazy God Mother II”

”Hi, I need a refill,” Me.

”Give me five minutes,” John.

”How come last time was the same that when I went to this pharmacist, the refill got refilled,” me talking to myself.

”Hi, I would like to have two pineapples,” Me.

”Four dollars each,” Pitpull.

One week later, “Hi, I would like to have two pineapples,” Me.

”Oh, it is five dollars per each now,” Pitpull.

”Why is that?” I answered with laughs.

”Oh, transportation, cost of labor, all of that,” Pitpull,”don’t talk to me.”

”Hi Rashid,” Boshi, “nice to see you here.”

”Me too, what game are you playing?” Rashid.

”Definitely not the blackjack, that game is cursed,” Boshi.

”Ok, see you in a bit,” and then Rashid went to the blackjack table.

Rashid was my blackjack mate. When we were teens, we went to Macao and pretending adults to gamble.

Yes, teenage dream is always the best era when we talk about it.

”Ok, let’s go but before that, let me put more fake mustache on my face,” I talked to Rashid while he was sleeping on a separate bed of our hotel room.

My god uncle took us to Macau saying it is a different country and we can order whatever in the hotel and he even hinted that, if we can pass through, we can gamble on $1,000, $500 per person.”

Rashid and I were about the same age, but he was more academic and mature in a sense that he talks mature.

”Hi, I met Rashid at the casino,” twenty years ago when Indira and I met at elevator and she asked me how was my trip.

During teenage years, the fun to hang out with cousins is that no one can think about something sexual by nature.

”I meant we are cousins and no longer in cousin can marry each other era no more,” 20 years after I talked to Indira.

”I only have 11 dollars. Can you give me a deal?” Rashid and I were talking to a vendor.

”Ok, ok,” vendor.

After I put my fake mustache on, Rashid and I were ready to go.

When you are 14 years old, to pretend 18 can be challenging.

”You go first!” I talked to Rashid.

Rashid passed the security gate and was getting his clothes.

”Sir, where is your ID?” security guard.

”Oh, I forgot it in my hotel room,” Me.

”Then you cannot go,” security guard.

”I will just look. I don’t know nothing about gambling. Do you understand English or not?” Me trying to be rude to scare the security guard.

Rashid tried to help but I hinted him not to. Basically, I cannot make us both to lose the chance to turn the $1,000 to $10,000.

2 hours before.

”two 4s and the hiding card is 5 and now the card volume went down to 33%,” me.

”Hit,” Rashid.

”Wait, I thought it is double,” me,” oh you are right not time yet.”

”My turn,” Rashid,”9s.”

”2-7 double otherwise hit,” Me.

”Correct,” Rashid.

”two 6s” Me.

”4, 5, 6,” Rashid.

”I think we are ready,” me.

2 hours later…..

”Ok, I will just leave my staff to my friend,” me surrendered to the guard.

I handed a bag which god uncle gave to me to Rashid.

Looking at Rashid went to the casino alone, I did not know why. I just believe he can win.
