“Crazy God Mother II” Excerpt 3.2, “the Party”

“Anything fun at the party?” Indira.

“Oh, I met a new friend Kat,” Me.

“I really hate when people talk to me,” Kat.

“What a twin,” me was thinking.

Kat is another friend I met at the party who was wearing traditional outfit.

“I knew your trick,” Kat.

“What is that?” Me.

“……. well, something we do not do or say or try to see if the other people do it or say it,” Kat.

“Yes, something so reasonable to talk about now it is outdated. Cannot believe we figure that out this late, our words lead us to the next world,” Me.

“Any new things from the enterprise?” Kat.

“Yes, it is a surprise that you know Indira as well but why now you go independent?” Me.

“I like the power to decide my schedule and work agenda,” Kat.

“I don’t like it. I feel so lazy when I work for myself. Only thing that I want to do is just sleep, study, work a bit, gym and then home sleep,” Me.

“I agree,” Kat.

Me and Kat really don’t talk much and it is so weird some friends who talk boring stuff only and the conversation can last very long.

“Who is that guy?” Kat.

“A new target,” Me.

And then Kat made a very scary face and then performing the “zipping my mouth” gesture.

“Let me show you Indira’s ex,” I showed Kat my Instagram.

Kat was looking at the Instagram celebrity a few seconds and then handed me back the phone.

Yeah, one reason I feel she is my friend because she does not say something like,” oh he is so hot!” or something like, “he is definitely her future husband.”

Three months thereafter, when everything was cooled down, I forgot one thing. I progressed as well.

“Show me the letter,” Kat.

“Ok, since I am in Paris now, the second time,” Me.

I did not know how to start to tell my story why I am in here in this country but I am an elite. I know I am an elite.

I achieved all I wanted in life but however, like someone said, sometimes, who you date determines your fate.

I remember the first time when we met, I did not know who he is.

Sometimes, it is just that tempting to use someone for your personal gain.

Witnessing the process of possessing someone can be very scary and at the same time satisfying.

It is like you know this person you can trust, the trust cannot be broken.

I remember when the first time I saw him, I saw a prey. I saw a prey who I can catch easily. I saw a prey who can be mine.

I pretended everyone in front of him and I just know he cannot see me through.

I never been harmed by him since it was fair game.

One time we got into a fight and I used a knife stabbed him.

He was in the bathroom and not leaving my apartment.

I kicked the door, it did not open because he was pushing it.

I tried to use the knife to open the lock and when I put it through the gap and then next thing I saw when I pulled the knife was blood on my knife.

The door did not open.

I licked the blood and said to him, ‘that’s it?’

I left and booked a hotel that night.

He is tracking me all the time even right here right now. He is watching me through the mic of the phone.

I wish I knew he loved or could love or has the ability to love me.

But no, we both refuse to be owned only by each other.

I am here to restart a life and some story cannot be told in too detailed way as I believe here in France too.

Fair game, people can not just rely on the marriage or describe how miserable the last country they were at.

Since, everywhere is the same.”
